    Welcome guys, I am also having the same issues but this fourm and board really help. If you can't do large chunks, just take baby steps. We can do this. Thanks for joining.

      welcome again take those baby steps as deserthorn said the tiny adjustments you make when added make a big difference. You can do this, we are here to give you support.

          Linda, if you want to start exercising, and stay cool, I would suggest that you buy the Walk Away The Pounds videos. It offers a 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile walk routine for home. I have these tapes and love them. They are low impact and very easy to follow. Wishing all the newbies a great induction!!

            If you want to add some exercise in, I encourage all the women to join a Curves. It is easy to do and the program is already planned for you!

              I joined Curves, Kerry. Went 3 months and stopped - the concept is great but I got bored. I need variety so I'm going to explore some gyms to see what is available. LP

                Breucklyn, I joined a gym and do a program called "all the Basics" One week we use the stablizer ball, the next bikes, the next step and its really good because i never get bored. Also, I bet I own a dozen exercise tapes all different. I have to force myself but its worth it in the long run. You are really worth the effort you know.
