    Hello everyone! This is my first time here, so I hope I'm doing this right. Is there anyone in here who is an Atkins pro who could give me a few tips?? I'm getting extremely frustrated and had my first "cheat" day today....

    Welcome! First off, have you read the book? 2002 edition? It will get easier, you just have to put your mind to eating better and living healthier. Only you can make these changes. You can do it! Nice to meet you!

      Theres also lots of info in the induction forum if you are just beginning Atkins. Starmaker is right. THE best thing for you is a copy of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution. It will be your bible.

        Tell us more about what is frustrating you.....and in the meantime, every time you get a craving or temptation to cheat, eat something high in fat! It works!
