Ok, today is day 9 of low carb, not strictly Atkins, but carbs below 20. I at lunch, no breakfast, not by choice, it just happened that way. Tonight I fixed Low carb stroganoff from Linda's site with Faux rice. I am not wanting to eat. I also fried some frying cheese, ate about 3 pieces. I am only up to 750 calories, my Basal level is 1620. I have had 6 net carbs. (55% fat, 3% carb, 41% protein)
What do you do when you do not want to eat?????? I know from past experience that when I don't consume enough calories I will not lose weight.
