Hi everyone! As Finelly asked, here is my menu! I started induction on Tuesday and this what I have had so far:
Tuesday
Breakfast - skipped it
Lunch - 1 1/2 cups of romaine, 6 slices of cucumber, 2 TBSP of caesar. Atkins shake because I was starving!
Dinner - 2 burgers with a slice of cheese on each topped with 1/4 cup of fried onions and 1/4 cup of sauteed mushrooms - all cooked in 2 TBSP of butter. 1 cup of green beans cooked in 1 TBSP of butter topped with 3 clices of bacon and 1 inch of feta cheese
