and i have lost 11 pounds not as much as i lost the first time but still pretty good but im not drink eoungh water either so maybe thats why
Goals i set for me for the next 2 week are:
1. drink at least 105oz of water a day
2. exercise at least 30 mins a day
3. eat right and no more then 1500 cals a day at 65% 30% and 5%
4. weigh and measure once a week
