    50 minute brisk walk on the beach - woo hoo!

    About to start abs work when I'm done posting.

        I did my video this morning! The Firm "Supercharged Sculpting." Woo hoo... I am really feeling it in my legs. I must get into some sort of shape by September when we go to the hot springs... bathing suit... ah!!!

          Went to the mall with dh this evening and walked about 1 1/2 hours at maybe 2.5 miles per hour!

            Its just getting dark out (10:17 p.m.) and I'm gonna go for my 30 min walk now Moms.

            Lesson learned for the week...

            When MEGA GI-NORMOUS sweets/fat craving comes on, one shouldn't eat the entire brick of cream cheese in one sitting made with cocoa and splenda and carb options peanut butter. One gains 2 pounds overnight and takes two days to lose 2 stinkin pounds.

            Although it came off like it went on (2 lbs). I never lose more than half a pound a day, so I am assuming that the 2 lbs gained and lost was mostly water.

            Stil (ahem) it interrupted my weightloss Karma flow..... and I am a bad girl!

            So Peace, Love, and Radical Groove!

            Off to walk now......... and in case I don't get to post in the whats for dinner forum, I had barbequed pork chops brushed with Steels sugar free barbeque sauce. The chops rocked, the sauce sucks. eeewww. And a nice spring mix salad with Newmans oil and vinegar parm dressing. Getting me to move from shovelfuls of 3 cheese ranch dressing to this Newmans dressing at 2 tbsp only is a VERY big step for me I tell you WHAT!

                  I walked the mall too! Then shopped for some vacation clothes. Played with my DS, he chases me for a few minutes, I chase him for a few minutes (Mall was pretty empty). Burned his energy. He slept great last night!

                    All that chanting seemed to work, I walk for a good solid hour last night! Whew that felt great!
