    Extended Induction Question for Everyone!

    I am curious... what is the longest amount of time that everyone out there has been able to stay on extended induction? Personally, i have never made it past a month and a half, but that is because i got pregnant. I am at a month now on extended induction as of around Sunday.

    Female, 35 ~ 5'6"
    Start Date: 6.21.2005
    New Start Date: 4.5.2010

      I am on week #4 right now and am trying to stay that way until the first of August. I plan on re-evaluating then and maybe step up into the first rung of OWL (adding more veggies).

      I am hoping by then to have gotten back into my jeans again and will feel like I have accomplished something.

          Sunday ends my month too! I think Finelly began on the same day as well.

          And to think we all found eachother here!

          Must have been something in the air that week!

              Last time I did it for 6 months. This time I will probably move to OWL when Terry does.
              Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
              218/187/140
              Measuring every 2 weeks
              As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



              Minimum 45 min cardio per day

                          I didn't. For whatever reason, the first time around was sooooooooo easy for me. I drifted through it w/out any problems. Fell off the wagon w/the stress of moving out of state, working a job I hated, etc. So, basically, I let my emotions throw me off track.

                                  Induction is so strict that carb creep doesnt come into play for me. Ketosis is so deep that I dont even think to eat when I am busy.

                                  And I try to keep really busy.
