My official weigh-in day is Saturday morning. I find that I've bottomed out for the week by Friday or Saturday so I figure it's best for my morale to do it then.

I havent weighed in. My scale had broke and I didnt want to see how much I had gained back from the 65 I had lost.
I didnt take starting measurements then either but have some from April to check with when I re measure at the end of the month.
I am going by how I feel and how my clothes are feeling. When I get my jeans back on, as I just said in another post (sorry for redundancy) ...................then I will feel like I have accomplished something.
I was pretty happy to be in those jeans last year and havent been able to wear them since February so its gonna be an awesome day when I can comfortably put them back on. You are gonna hear that post all the way to China and back!

Right now, I weighed every morning (nobody throw a book at me alright!)
More than anything I want to make sure that I'm not gaining! And I really love to see the numbers go down.

I weigh every morning too. Helps keep everything in prospective. But, my official weigh-in day that I actually count is on Sundays. This day only because my buddy, Dragonflymoon, prefers it. No particular reason.

I weigh 3 times a week, however I only officially record once a week on Fridays, when I also take measurements, and I need to say that though I only lost 2 pounds this week, I lost 6 inches...so it pays to measure!!

Ok, I weigh everyday but the only one I "count" is Fridays. I haven't had a great week this week for staying on plan (I cheated... ARGH!!) but I was still down a pound!

I weigh every day. I need it to keep on track, and I really don't get discouraged at slight gains. If anything, it makes me try harder during that day. My official weekly-weigh in that counts is Friday, because that's the day I re-started Atkins.

I go to a Health & Nutrition centre here every week, but lately its been every few weeks. I tend to go on a Friday night, as that is the last day of the weekend here, and its back to work on Saturday morning. The scale they have is an all inclusive, even checks how much water weight, how much fat weight, your BMI, etc. So I feel its pretty accurate.

I am a Sunday morning gal... because i use the little online journal on the Atkins site. I like to track my progess in there and they give you a cute little graph with bars showing your weight loss. I love the graph. Love it!
