I have some Atkins bake mix sitting here and havent used it so I am not sure if it would be what you need or not. But its out there if they sell it where you are.

Oh I have Atkins bake mix coming out of my ying yang. Chef boy doesn't like it, he calls it Atkins Household Glue. He says when he washes dishes with bake mix on it, it forms a gross glue. He is constantly reminding me that this glue is in my stomach if I use bake mix. UGH So........Almond flour might be too heavy, hmmm, gonna have to pick the brain over at the cooking forum. Thanks!

Protein powder........... would that work? Maybe halve that with something else?

Im thinking Im never gonna open that box of Atkins bake mix!
