          Re: Supplements

Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids found in oil from oily fish and vegetable sources such as chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, and canola oil. Omega-3 fatty acids are classed as essential fatty acids.

Common omega-3 fatty acids in the human body are α-linolenic acid (18:3; ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5; EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (22:6; DHA).

On September 8, 2004, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration gave "qualified health claim" status to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) omega-3 fatty acids, stating that "supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease."[1]

Chromium helps your body use sugar properly. It is also needed for the breakdown of proteins and fats.

              Re: Supplements

Ok...here goes...I take One A Day Carb Assist, Cal/Mag/Zinc (for leg aches) Calcium...doctor told me to as I don't get enough calcium in my foods and my bone scan showed a slight change. They want to see if the extra calcium helps. Tonalin CLA..supposed to help with belly fat.

Also take L-Glutamine for cravings, Chromium Picolinate, L-Carnitine and COQ10..the last three were recommended by Cleo and Kent for energy and fat/sugar metabolism. Just started with the last two this past week and I swear I can feel the difference...my energy is returning

I think that just about does it
