    Does anyone know what NFS means on fitday when selecting foods?

    IT is No something Selected... like generic, bacon, no brand, chicken, etc etc

    Daily Goals:
    No wasted carbs.
    Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
    Exercise 60 minutes 5x week

      I think it stands for 'not further specified' meaning you aren't saying if it is chopped or sliced or diced, or not saying whether you are eating the chicken skin etc.
      I usually try to choose the very closest to what I am eating to get the figures more accurate,

        Okay, thanks for the information- it is kinda hard getting used to fitday and how it breaks down food.

          It does get easier as you work with it. I felt the same way when I started using it but now its just a click and my food is entered. Don't give up on it>
