    hello everybody.../Here I am again.Checking in on day 9!!!

    Today(day-9)

    Treadmill
    Week 1 day 2
    couch-5k
    30minutes

    Eliptical
    10minutes(still kicking my as lol)

    Upper body strength training
    20minutes

    stomach
    lol
    probably less than a minute..lol

      Better yet................

      Find out how to bottle it and sell it! We can market it here from the STAC forum and earn a little cash on the side for you!!
