Is there such a thing as eating too little? I noticed that I haven't had an appetitie but I am eating three meals a day plus a snack. However the meals are very small. For example today: I ate Flax Meal as a hot cereal for breakfast, I ate a lamb gyro for lunch minus the bread, and for dinner I will probably eat a salad and shrimp.
I would appreciate any insight because I don't want by body to go into starvation mode.
