Okay so I have been struggling big time since TOM last week- I gave into cravings and now they won't go away! I'm feeling a little hopeless at the moment, but not all hope is gone! What I am afraid of is tomorrow I go off to visit family and the last family visit during July 4th, I went hog wild on the carbs. By the time I fought those cravings, it took three weeks to lose the weight put on. I don't want that to happen again and will need your willpower vibes to be successful during this trip. My family are big sweets fans and I'm thinking about bringing one of those atkins friendly recipes along with me so I have something; however, I find that even these trigger my cravings. Should I just try to stear clear of sweets all together or plan a dessert for me? Just looking for a little advice and encouragement.
