Today sucked.I had two eggs for breakfast, a california cobb salad from McDonald's which has a ridiculous amount of carbs even if I didn't eat it all.Never again.For dinner I got barbecue ribs from the chinese place(didn't have any money and that's all my friend bought) and washed off all the barbecue thoroughly(my friend was looking at me like I was craz).So I ended up eating tasteless meat for dinner.Without the sugary barbecue sauce it tastes bland but I wasn't even about to kick myself out of ketosis.Never again will I have such a comination of foods.
