*loL* well, she flew away this morning bug, so maybe you can catch her!

                  So, favorite atkins foods?

                  the easy ones!

I tend to eat bacon quiche for breakfast every morning.

I make a lot of ground meat (burger, lamb, turkey) mixed with green beans and some kind of seasoning, maybe some cream.

I love things like salmon and steaks, etc.. but that isn't practical.

oh, i like to stuff chicken with prosciutto and cheese too!

bacon with cheddar cheese on top is yummy too.

I don't eat a lot of lettuce - i stick to asparagus, green beans, broccoli, and spinach.

sting cheese and slices of swiss, dill spears and french pickles for snack. I've just added peanuts and cashews (10 and 5 pieces respectively!). Cucumbers dipped in sour cream too!

I think cream might slow me down, howver. I'm not quite sure yet.

                  and thanks everyone!!!

                    Re: It's been five weeks...

Oh, one of my favorites is veal scallopini breaded with parmesan cheese, and fried in butter.

                    *yum*

homemade chicken strips with buffalo sauce and blue cheese

I'm just too lazy to cook every meal, so I make things i can eat for two or three meals (or 8 like the quiche!)
