I am very happy to report that I am going on my second week...cheat free. Everything seems to be going well, I can t wait to weight myself????!!!???. I feel diffrent, but truthfuly my clothes dont feel loser (yet). There is one problem that Im having though, I cant get out of bed. I litteraly have to peel myself out. I used to love geting up in the morrning, read the paper, coffee, and breakfast...early. Now Im ok after I have been up for some time, but geting up is horrible. Is anyone else just extremely tired? What can I do about it? I am working out in the morrnings too.

I just finished my second week of induction yesterday but I basically plan on staying on extended induction for now. As far as being tired, I would get that way too. Are you taking your vitamins? If so, try taking them at night. It seems to help me if I take them at night before I go to bed. I am not so tired in the mornings. BTW, I lost 4.4 lbs the first two weeks. I lost 8 lbs the first time around so I am not complaining because I don't have as much to lose as I did before.
