    Well, I've managed to lose another 1/2 pound. I haven't started working out, though.
    I need someone to literally make me do it ... and that person needs to be myself! I've decided that I'm going to be as good as I can in Barbados, while allowing myself to try their foods as well. What's the point of traveling if you can't experience the cuisine culture of other countries??? I will probably gain a few pounds, but I am determined to get through that and move on again upon my return. I can't wait! We leave in 3 days!

        Yes I plan on eating whatever I want to when we go to Hawaii too! Which will likely amount to alot of fish and fruit, but by then (next April) I will def be at my new goal (150 to 160) so by then..I plan on going through maintenance according to plan 6 days a week, and Sundays will be my day to have whatever I want (within reason)
