      Doing pretty well...was up much later than normal last night so I snacked on Flax Muffin and H/boiled egg with some mayo....still legal. Also had about 130 oz of water for Friday.

      Today my plan is:
      Breakfast...Omelet w/pepperoni and cheddar with bacon on the side
      Lunch...Boneless chicken breast mixed in with salad,blue cheese dressing
      Dinner...Broiled Pork Chop with more Salad/ranch dressing
      Snack...if needed...jello made from Diet Rite
      Of course lots of water

        I'm joining late. But I was good yesterday and planning on staying that way throughout the weekend!

            It's very hard Terry. I'm used to some extra carbs on the weekend so I'm feeling pretty weak and tired right now

                Terry, yesterday I did completely without the high fat snack and today I cut it down substantially from my usual.

                  Cut down... no snacking?

                  Im hopping here off and on in between cooking and laundry to stay on track. What do you usually do on the weekend when it is hard for you? Or had you just gotten into the habit of allowing more carbs on the weekend as a treat sort of thing?

                    Terry, I don't do anything extra physical that requires more carbs out of me. I'm just spent from the week and reaching for too much of the allowable comfort carbs and fat ...and sometimes the not allowed stuff

                            I screwed up... I had a low carb tortilla wrap while at work. I put grilled chicken and cheese in it! It was yummy, but Still none the less, I cheated......Those things have 31 grams of fiber in them! Can you believe it!!!

                              How is everyone doing?

                              Bill .... did you make it thru Saturday OK?

                              Rikki.... you could have made a much worse choice. Although not on induction it wasnt cake! When I am higher in the rungs I really enjoy the lc wraps and pitas for lunch stuffed with all sorts of good things to eat.

                              Honestly everyone I have found myself with a lousy attitude this weekend and have been back to picking and I am going to have to focus on getting my *** out of this rut I have managed to fall in. I felt best when here and should have planted my butt firmly at the desk ALL WEEKEND to stay on track. Today is better. Tomorrow will be even better.

                                Just wanted to report that I've stuck to the acceptable food list so far this weekend.

                                Bill - take it easy, buddy. Excellent of you to recognize that you are low on energy, and why.......don't try to do much, physically. And drink your water, of course - that will help you get thru the icky weakness.

                                Terry - Mrs.Cranky, are you? Well, you're allowed that occasionally! If you start feeling "picky" again, I can give my mom your address. That'll get you back in shape in no time! <evil grin>

                                Loser - a low carb wrap? Are you CRAZY? What caused that? Did you forget to bring food to work? (and did it taste good? I've always wondered...........!) Well, you pulled out of that fast without starting a binge, which is excellent!!!! Today will be better, I KNOW!

                                Hang in there, guys and gals. Just one more day of the weekend.
