    I'm in the San Diego area.

                  Santa Cruz Bay Area in California. And, um...I'm half a pound from goal. I'm going to lower my goal again to 125...but, man...I'm happy.

                          Thank you...I thought I was going to burst when I got on the scale this morning. I was "stuck" at 144 forever.......then "stuck" at 136......seeing 130.5 made me giddy. I'm gonna run through my complex naked when I see 129. I haven't been in the 120s in 9 years.
