As I said in another post, I am glad to be going back to work.... even though I have grumbled a bit...... but the routine is what I need. Its time. After just so much time off I begin to float in the breeze and thats is what is going on with me.

One thing that has helped me is to cook things in the crock pot (pot roast, or whole chicken), or cook the night before for the following day or two - this way if I'm tired when I get home or just don't feel like cooking, there will be something in the fridge to eat.
