Well, I slipped into an 12 hour mini-coma last night. I needed the rest after this weekend, but I missed my exercise and water goals, being that I was asleep

I am going to try to pick up yesterdays extra 10 oz. of water in addition to an extra 10 oz. for today.
Tonight is Tae Kwon Do again, but I also want to add 45 minutes of cardio.
My only real cheat was stepping on the scale this morning, which I won't do again until day 14.
So, how is everyone else?
