Okay all, it's day three... how are we doing?
I'm doing pretty well, but I did have a glass of wine last night. For some reason my brain keeps thinking that wine doesn't COUNT even on strict induction and I know I'm insane. Oh well.
But, my food yesterday:
ground lamb and green beans * 2
buffalo wings and celery
one glass of red wine
exercise:
2.5 mile brisk walk
bicep curls
water:
drank plenty but I can tell i'm headed into ketosis because my lips are super chapped!
