today's meals:
ground lamb and green beans for lunch
piave cheese and salami for a snack, two pickle spears
salmon stuffed with spinach and feta cheese for dinner
Fitday tells me this is only 800 calories though, which I find hard to believe. Guess I should eat some more. I'm feeling really bloated though, and not hungry - which means I should whoosh probably soon I guess. woo!
