Nails grow faster, hair is longer and thicker, and skin is so clear when I'm going strong on Atkins.


Isn't it marvellous?!

Now, if only Atkins could reduce the price of oil per gallon...

My fingernails have gotten much stronger too!

If anyone with the hair loss is looking for more info, search the forum titles for hair or hair loss. Lots of info out there.

Now that you all mention it, my nails are stronger. Hair is growing like crazy and is almost to my waist. Wish I could grow my nails out, but when I do, it interferes with the knobs on my mixing and sound boards.

yep i had the growing fingernails thing too,and healthier hair and skin.
I found that out a few weeks into my first time round on this woe so it must be attributed to Atkins.
Since slipping back into my old eating habits my hair went dull and lank and my skin suffered terribly so im looking forwards to getting that radiance back again in the coming weeks
