No alcoholism here.... but my youngest daughter is a recovering drug addict. You name it, she took it. Made my life total H*LL for 12 years. She lives with me now and is doing very well.


My oldest daughter said she was told she was an alcoholic. She didn't drink everyday, but I guess when she did drink, she couldn't stop. She's also doing well now.

My sister is an NA-graduate. She's doing amazingly well, sober from narcotics for 11 months except for when she had them under doctor supervision for kidney stones.

I went to one of her meetings with her when she was caught and it was eye opening.

Me: I'm just a food addict and an internet addict.
