So what are the rules?

Drink your minimum water everyday?
Exercise 5 times per week?
Do strict induction by the 2002 DANDR?
No weighing for 2 weeks?

i'm gonna say exercise three times per week

and yes, no weighing, i like that one!

i haven't weighed since i came back from chicago anyway, it's rather freeing!
