so, i'm a runner. i'm able to run long distances.... and i can even do short distances quickly... whats weird is, the days that i do run... i gain weight.
example...
say i wake up today and weigh myself. say i weigh 208 lbs. then, later that afternoon, i run 2 or 3 miles.
the next morning, i wake up and weigh myself.... 209.5 lbs.
so, just when you'd think i might have knocked a half pound off... i stuck 1.5 on.
