    6. Do you have forbidden foods in your home? Yes. Husband buys them for himself!!!

    8. Think deeply. What is your inner voice saying as you reach for the forbidden food?
    b. "no, no, no......ok"

    9. When you cheat or binge, what emotion are you feeling the most strongly?
    e. sadness

    10. When you cheat or binge, are what are you eating first - something salty, or something sweet

    Not sure...but I am sure it has....

      It's always at nighttime when I'm in bed watching tv or a video.

      2. What have you been doing immediately before the cheat or binge?
      a. working
      b. relaxing
      c. having a conflict with someone
      d. sleeping
      e. exercising
      f. chores or housekeeping things
      g. watching tv
      Always in bed watching tv and video. trouble is I take anthistamines at night in order to sleep and within 20 minutes I'm starving hungry.

      3. Before the cheat or binge, when was your last snack or meal?
      a. Less than 1 hour
      b. 2-3 hours
      c. 3-5 hours
      d. more than 5 hours
      3-5 hours

      4. Where do you cheat or binge?
      a. home
      b. work
      c. car
      d. public place
      e. friend's house/party
      At home. Although the last time was at a function with booze - my biggest enemy!

      5. Do you consume alcohol during a binge or right before?
      If I'm drinking (which is rare) it's before. I think "hey the damage is done so I might as well...)

      6. Do you have forbidden foods in your home?
      All the time for the kids, etc

      7. Do you carry legal snacks with you when you go out or go to work?
      Nope. But if I know I'm going out I try and stuff myself with them first!

      a. "I don't care. I'm going to do this." This one ....sadly.
      b. "no, no, no......ok"
      c. "I can just have one bite"
      d. I hate myself
      e. I hate someone else

      b. boredom
      c. frustration
      d. jealousy (about the ability of others to eat the food item you are consuming without being fat)
      e. sadness
      d. joy
      It's nearly always because I'm bored.

      10. When you cheat or binge, are what are you eating first - something salty, or something sweet?
      usually sweet. It's odd because when I cheated on low cal diets before I always cheated with cheese!

      11. How often have you been cheating/binging?
      a. daily
      b. about 3 times a week
      c. maybe once a week
      d. every couple of weeks
      e. once a month
      Every couple of weeks. When I first started this WOE I was clean for 6 weeks. Then I did it once and it got into a bad habit.

      12. How has cheating or binging hurt your progress on this woe?
      I'm exactly with Brook on this one, apart from the two weeks I was on holiday I haven't gained or lost just stood still. If I gained a huge amount after a cheat I probably wouldn't do it again. I've just got into the mind set of "well you won't loose but you won't gain either".

        This is perfect for me today since I have had a really bad last 3 days where I have lost it either in the afternoon at work or in the evening when I get home and cheated.

        Seems like my problem the last 2 days started with lunch and went from there. And I have been eating the low carb menu at Cracker Barrell wondering if their food has some hidden carbs or maybe too many carbs at once. And I have had peanuts at work for a snack out of the machine instead of bringing something. Obviously that is NOT a good thing and triggering cravings in the afternoon.

        2. What have you been doing immediately before the cheat or binge?
        a. working

        3. Before the cheat or binge, when was your last snack or meal?
        a. Less than 1 hour
        b. 2-3 hours
        I would say it has happened from 1 - 3 hours after I ate at Cracker Barrell or ate the peanuts.

        6. Do you have forbidden foods in your home? unfortunately I do since my husband and daughter still eat these things and night before last it was my daughters snacks I just had to eat

        usually when I cheat it will be for something sweet

        12. How has cheating or binging hurt your progress on this woe? Well I haven't gained anything but I haven't lost anything either. I am waiting for it to catch up to me though.

        So today I packed a big bag of stuff to bring to work and I am not going out to eat and I am not eating peanuts out of the machine. Hopefully this will keep me from getting those cravings tonight so I can stay on track.
