    1. Eat a minimum of every 3 hours. Something high in fat and with protein.
    did it

    2. Drink a minimum of 1 oz more than we did yesterday.
    will do by days end

    3. Choose a positive mantra (ex: "I am succeeding at this!" or "Day by day, I am becoming leaner, stronger, and more disciplined")
    "If its meant to be, its up to me"

    4. Repeat the mantra at LEAST 5 times during the course of the day.
    Only 5 times???? I baked 200 cinnamon sugar cookies today and 50 servings of coffee cake..................... I chanted more times than I can count!

    5. Reach out to another STACked member via pm or in a post.

    6. Do one nice thing for ourselves (ex: hot bubble bath, favorite tv show, foot rub (you can do your own, you know!), slice of lemon in our icewater in an elegant glass, listen to a favorite song over and over again until we hate it)
    Rockstar date with my daughter tonight. We have 3 dates each week since this show began. We meet in front of the TV each time it is on.

      Had a good day...did everything...ate every 3 hours or less....drank about 124 ozs of water...what i did for me was go to the gym and worked out with a friend who always motivates me.

      I borrowed it from Nike, but I just kept saying "Just Do It" all day Whatever works, right?

        "I'm going to make it!"

        hmmm, i don't think i did it on purpose, but every time i ate i had the realization that i could do it. so does that count?

        Well, this one is a toughy. My laptop died and took all my work with it, so I've been stressing out. But, I had some of the 6 yr aged gouda that's in my fridge so I guess that counts. And i've been listening to music blasting all day.

          I had a good day. Drank all my water, stayed under 20 carbs, went to the gym and worked out. I FEEL GOOD!!!

            Yep, drank all the water - nope forgot one of the small meals - the one in the afternoon.
