    OY! So I'm thinking that the flax cracker I have been having daily is great, and it might be even greater if I make it using 2 tbsp of flax rather than the 1 I have been using. Sounded good in theory anyway. So now that I am all but chained to the toilet, I won't be doing that again.

        I also make pan gravy, which in my opinion is waaaaay better than the stuff in the packets. ;-)

        I just use salt, pepper, chicken/beef broth, and cream. You boil it down until the cream starts to thicken, and then voila! gravy!
