    Thanks to everyone for welcoming me so kindly. I've been lurking since May, so I've seen the lunacy that goes on around here. I'm also in awe of everyone's success. You're all stars to me and I'm looking forward to getting in on the action with you. I'm off to a seminar this morning so I'll catch up with you later. Or I'll do some work. Nah.                         I'm restarting since Friday, and did NOT stock up beforehand as planned, due to unforeseen attacks on my finances. I started anyway with yukky foods, and you're right, it's boring. You are doing it right, reading the book, posting, etc. We expect your booty will be considerably less springy in the months to come!!!
