Hi all! Didn't see the exercise thread today, hope I didn't miss it.
Well, got my exercise in for Monday. I braved the Taebo tape. Learned something to: I AM NOT READY FOR TAEBO. Wow, that kicked by toosh. Today I will do a 30-45 minute walk in the neighborhood or I will do the 2 Mile WATP video.
