  • Tuesday Exercise

    Hi all! Didn't see the exercise thread today, hope I didn't miss it.

    Well, got my exercise in for Monday. I braved the Taebo tape. Learned something to: I AM NOT READY FOR TAEBO. Wow, that kicked by toosh. Today I will do a 30-45 minute walk in the neighborhood or I will do the 2 Mile WATP video.

    How is everyone else doing?

    30 min on stationary bike, upper body weight training. And I drank 50 oz of water while doing it, lol. So I had to stop and pee between the bike and the weights.
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

      Hi Guys

      Well done on your work outs. Sarah - you'll be ready for your Taebo in no time.

      I didn't exercise yesterday but am off to the gym in an hour so will post on the Wednesday thread LOL!
