    Good morning all

    Feeling OK this morning. Bit of a dull day here in SE England.

    Am off to the gym this morning for my cardio workout. Haven't had breakkie yet (it's 9.15am so I've been up 2 hours!) but will have some bacon and eggs. Have made a delicious tomato soup for lunch (with two flax crackers and some cheese) and then I will have either salad for dinner or sausages and faux mash for dinner.

    Quickly checking in. Im not getting much time here at the computer to follow all that is going on here but hope to be able to soon.

    Im still on plan. Exercise has dwindled with work and meetings this week and I dont see it getting any better in the next few days. Eating and water are all going very well.

    Star........................ Meet JD, the new lead singer for INXS! Gotta say I am glad it is over. But loved the show.

      Back again today after a lousy day yesterday, but no cheats so far.
      Off for a loooong walk this morning after a hefty bacon and egg breakfast. House is stacked to the rafters with carbs for the family after shopping order yesterday. Felt bad after they chased me round the house.
      Drinking the usual 4 litres of water.

        Good Morning! It's a beautiful day here weatherwise...feeling a bit tired as I had another lousy night's sleep.

        Have to re-arrange my eating schedule for today...have a meeting from 11 am until 4 pm, and programmed lunch is at noon. Breakfast for me is usually at 11 and lunch at 2ish. Will most likely eat a real meal before work so I'll be able to eat lunch...and then snack the rest of the day/evening...it should work.

        Hope everyone has a great day...oh...and Happy Hump Day

          Happy Wednesday!

          I'm feeling good. Starting day 3 of re-induction and no signs of the flu. I haven't been able to get to the gym this week because I've been doing a lot of cooking for the freezer. Planning = success, dontcha know? But I walked partway to work this morning (about 20 minutes) and I take my doggie out for two walks a day, so I'm getting some exercise. I'll organize myself for the gym next week.

            Morning guys.

            Well, feeling pretty low today. I interviewed (as some of you will remember) to work for a Judge at the Court. Sadly, received my rejection letter yesterday. He decided to hire a gal in law school. Which, if you ask me, makes no sense at all because now he's just going to have to hire someone again when she is done and moves on. But, whatever. I will keep trying when another position with a Judge becomes available. Has me a little down though.

            Now, enough of my negativity. I hope everyone has a GREAT day!

              I am surviving over here. I am a bit sleepy....feeling better everyday though. Trying to get back in the groove again.

                helloooo. i am still alive! i've been so busy and stressed, life is just crazy right now. i'm contemplating a whole change of plans....i am just not liking grad school right now and started looking into jobs...already have some interviews! so i am trying to figure out which direction to take my life right now. i am feeling a little under the weather today...honestly i think it is from all the stress! anyways...i haven't strayed atkins-wise....i know i haven't had enough water today..as i have been lounging in bed for half the day. well happy hump day everyone. hopefully i'll be around the board a little more often...

                      Hi everyone!

                      I am so sore that I can hardly move. Yesterday I did lunges, squats, calves, and some inner/outer thigh exercises. Today? OUCH!!!!

                      Its really ridiculous. So, I just went for a 2.5 mile walk and didn't try to go too fast or run or anything.

                      Food is going well. quiche for breakfast, swiss burger and caesar salad for lunch. Dinner will likely be salmon.

                      Still writing this paper. Much as I hate to say it, I think my advisor messed it up. So, we have two days to fix it. ugh.

                      but, well, I'm hanging in there!

                        HI - This is my first day of about the 20th time induction! I've decided if I can't stick with it this time, then it's not meant to be and I'll have to figure something else out. It worked so well two years ago and I know it will if I just get it through my head!!!!

                        Anyway - day 1 (again!) and if I can make it thru the weekend, I'll be halfway there!
