Good morning all
Feeling OK this morning. Bit of a dull day here in SE England.
Am off to the gym this morning for my cardio workout. Haven't had breakkie yet (it's 9.15am so I've been up 2 hours!) but will have some bacon and eggs. Have made a delicious tomato soup for lunch (with two flax crackers and some cheese) and then I will have either salad for dinner or sausages and faux mash for dinner.

anyways...i haven't strayed atkins-wise....i know i haven't had enough water today..as i have been lounging in bed for half the day. well happy hump day everyone. hopefully i'll be around the board a little more often...
