I just ordered Dr. Phil's book from Amazon and it should be here in time. If anyone still has to get it, it only cost $1.10 + shipping for a total of $4.59...not too shabby. It's the hardcover and it's new

I'll track down a Dr. Phil book and join you. So, are we to read the first chapter and be ready to discuss by next Monday? (sorry if I missed a post explaining that). Are we going to do the Waterhouse book next? Just wondering b/c I have that book but just lent it to an out-of-town friend to read over the winter. I'll be seeing her in two weeks so if I need it, I can ask for it back. Or is it going to take us the whole winter to discuss Dr. Phil? I mean, his book?
FYI, I think I thought the Waterhouse book was good (since I kept it) but if she had an eating plan then it didn't work for me (since I'm here with Dr. A and you guys).
Lady-- we'll probably start with the forward next week. We'll have a week to discuss the chapter, and will start a new chapter the following Monday. This gives everyone a week to read and chime in! Judging from the length of the book, I'd say you won't need the Waterhouse one back for a good 2-3 months!
I just ordered my books last night. I am pretty excited to start this venture! I haven't read Ultimate Weight Loss Solution or Outsmarting the Female Fat Cell. I found that you can get them very cheap on either Half.com or eBay.
That is awesome, pjade! I honestly believe both books are must-haves for any one weight! I already started re-reading Dr Phil for Monday! And my Waterhouse book is downstairs in the library--I need to curl up with it and start re-reading it again.
