  • Commitment issues.

I did Atkins after the birth of my second child and lost 60 pounds. I just had my third child and am starting over. After I lost the bulk of the weight, I couldn't stay on OWL. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Peace, Jess~

    Re: Commitment issues.

Welcome back. I'd suggest you read the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. Once you completely understand how to do Atkins, you will see that you don't have to stay on OWL. You can move on to the third and fourth levels of the program and learn to maintain your weight loss. You will gradulally be adding carbs back into your way of eating till you know how much your body will tolerate without re-gaining the weight.

Everyone here is committed to helping and answering any questions that you have. Best wishes and keep us posted on your success!!
