Re: Any Confessions/ Goals as we begin the new week?

Let me see, where to start!! No, I don't think there is room enough on this page to list all my transgressions. And yesterday I gained two pounds and today I gained two pounds and at this rate, I am going to be right back were I started.

    41 pounds down and counting

Re: Any Confessions/ Goals as we begin the new week?

I had a weird weekend...traveled to and from DC and had a mega job interview, so it was eat on the run and the dinners they take you out to, the places they take you don;t give much option. We had sushi once, we went to a noodle bar another time, so yes I screwed up but I could have done much worse. But in better news I was so so so excited when I got into that airplane seat with room to spare. This is the first time in a long time where I had seatbelt slack ( please don;t tell me they made seatbelts bigger...tell me I got smaller). Because I was out yesterday I worked late today and therefore have skipped the gym since Saturday, but I plan on going Wed, Thurs Fri Sat Sun Mon Tues and then breaking. I am flirting with 215 these last few days so my goal is to hit 215 by this time next week and to be in onederland by Thanksgiving
