Okay, I have been around 20g net carbs for 21 days and have been not losing for almost 2 weeks. Here's why:

I've been "really good" but not perfect. As you will see, I've tinkered the last couple of weeks and included some low carb no no's like beer, little bites of things I shouldn't have but thought I wanted and an increase in aspartame sweetened diet soda
this last week (I didn't post that in Fitday).
I'm posting this thread to get myself clobbered in the tushy and also to show the Newbies and STAC (the ones in my boat) how very important it is to stick with plan and not fudge it AT ALL - especially if you're STAC the 20th time around and the body is wise to the induction tricks (like mine).
