Ok, it's Monday, the Monday before Thanksgiving. I hereby challenge anyone who's game to the following for seven straight days:
1. Drink at least 80 oz of water per day.
2. Get some form of cardio exercise for 30 minutes each day.
3. Post positive notes to yourself on the fridge, the bathroom mirror, and right by your bed. ("I'm losing inches!" "I can stick to the WOE" "I'm committed to my own health", etc)
4. Post on this board at least 2 times per day to check in.
5. Do a minimum of one nice, nurturing thing for yourself each day (bubble bath, jacuzzi, manicure, 1/2 hour with a good book in peace and quiet, whatever makes you feel good)
