i get quiet time for me after the child goes to sleep! and a nice fast half hour walk tonight to give some of my muscles a rest from the gruelling past 3 days of 1.25-1.5 hour long gym classes. been tired all day so definitely taking it easier today, being a bit worried about possibly overdoing it at the gym.

No cheats and at least 120-140 ozs of water. Yesterdy I went to the gym and did 45 of cardio and then weight lifting. I just finished a workout here at home (took day off)
