You can do it Lynne!!!!! feed the birds and other wild animals all those foods after they peck and poop on them you will have no trouble avoididng them.

I had to avoid Belgian waffles every morning for the last two days. I was alright they got strawberries and blueberries i'll just have them with my food i brought along only to discover they were grossly sweetened in a red and blue syrup to go voer the waffles GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I fell off on Christmas day. It started with just one evil little Pixie (just a bite...) and went quickly downhill from there.
However, I got right back on the next day. All the junk went into the garbage. I hate wasting any kind of food, it goes agains the way I was brought up. But it's better off in the garbage than playing havoc with my blood sugar and increasing my cravings/waistline.

What else is new for me? These past three months have been sheer "Hecksville" on my love life, work life and my personal health. I have been so busy, busy, busy, I have either eaten the wrong things or not eaten at all. I have had the darndest time getting back on induction these past three months that I feel like screaming! But I am still determined to get my butt(s) back on track and keep trying. for now my goal is to just make it ONE DAY back on plan. Hopefully that will be tomorrow.

Welcome back!! It is hard to jump back on once you fall off but you can do it! You have plenty of support right here to help you thru. So good to see you again~

                  Yup, I definitely fell off.

But am re-starting as of today - on my third cup of water so far and have been fine on foods so far. Will go to supermarket tonight and do sensible Atkins-friendly shopping on way home.

I have GOT to do this.
