Have you gotten thru the induction flu? Maybe you were one of the lucky ones not to get it?
Do you have those ketosis symptoms? Lack of hunger, funny taste in your mouth? A feeling of well being? That wonderful energy burst?
Drinking your water? Even if you have lost your appetite... be sure to follow the rules and eat something to keep those blood sugars on an even keel.

I may not have begun all over again but have cut myself back to the basics.
My Atkins plans for today are:
breakfast: chicken salad
lunch: tuna salad on a low carb pita (not for induction)
dinner: steak with fauxtatoes
2 quarts of water are packed in my bag for work
exercise: have had the flu recently but feel much better today so a walk is in order this afternoon.
