Hi, everyone! Just wondering how we are all doing out there! I plan on re-starting this week but am doing a little pre-planning first (plus i am broke as a joke!) so that I am not constantly re-starting Atkins over and over and over and ......you get the idea. I am joining the Dr. Phil's reading challenge and whether you like him or not, his advice about how weight loss is keyed into our emotional problems and health is dead on. It may help some of you too! (of course, I am ignoring the food plan he has in there!) Hopefully his advice will help me! How is everyone else doing this day??? Come on! 'fess up!
