Well I may be jinxing myself but I hope not
. Is it normal for me to be losing my hunger already (I am only on day 6) I am really already having to force myself to eat a little at the six hour mark. I still get a little hungry at night, which has alway been my hungry time, but other than that I really am not getting any hunger pains at all. Also, first things in the morning I am not really hungry at all and really have to force myself to eat a bite I was wondering all the atkins shakes something that would hinder my weight loss right now...I have read up on them and they are induction friendly, but I just don't want anything to slow up my weight loss. Any suggestions.
