I wonder how many times I have to eat for life this way, b4 I realize that this is the only way that really works for me !! I started back on induction Friday, was in Ketosis by Sat night. I have been floundering with different ways of eating, doing my own thing, WW, and just nothing at all. I started on WW last summer, lost some weight and watched my triglycerides continue to climb. My Dr. doubted the dosage of meds for that and as of last week the triglycerides had almost doubled themselves..........as this while my total cholesterol is at 162....explain that to me........I know what it is.......CARBS !! I said enough of this and went back to low carbing it on Friday !! I have been going to the gym 5-6, most of the time 6 days a week since January, so if I can get my eating in line again, I just only pray that I can stay on track forever..........I am sick and tired of being sick and tired..........for those who will..........remember me through out your day.......
