    I will do this right! That's all I have to say right now. I don't want to lose sight of my goal. I can do this without failing. I know this b/c I have succeeded in the past.

      Thank you, Sarah!

      I've had a really difficult time here lately. I struggle with emotional eating. But, I know this plan works. Not only does it work it really helps with your total overall well-being. This is the main reason I have to succeed at this. I can't keep giving in to the CARBS! They only make me feel WORSE! ya know???

        I know exactly what you mean. I have been going through the same thing. I keep re-starting and then giving in to the carbs, only to feel terrible (physically and emotionally) for failing. I know that carbs are my downfall and I know that my body responds best to limiting certain carbs in my diet. I have horrible will power.

          Hello Sarah,

          I am having a decent day today! How about you? I have already done my exercise for the day and I am on track with Induction. I feel really good. I have remember how awful I recently felt after eating the junk so that I do not give in next time.

            Will power? What's that?


            Sprinkle some on me!! It's been a month that I've stayed on track and now the carby food is calling.

            It helps me to think to myself, and sometimes say out loud, "I'm getting what I want" in relation to food, cuz I'm getting weight loss, good health, self-control, etc.. I really do want all that more than the Cheetos my DD left on the counter. Just keep telling my tummy that.....

                Hi everyone!

                I won't be posting to this thread anymore. I am just to busy to keep up. I will continue to post in my journal, however.

                Also, I get more out of reading all the threads anyway.
