    day 1 for me was good but I am suffering from a terrible headache. this body wants carbs. for dinner i had cucumber,celerly,red onion and vinegar, with chicken and green beans, no more food until tomorrow! if you messed up today tomorrow is another day! keep up the good work! drink all of your water

      My day 1 went very well, except the accidental 10 popcorn pieces I ate while chatting with my husband after I got home from scrapbooking for the church. I looked at my hand entering into the popcorn bag and said AHHHHHHHHHH I'm dieting. Thankfully it was only a couple of carbs, and I was under for the day.

          Morning all!

          One day down I have had one pieceof sugarless gum each day so far but only one. For breakfast this morning I had 2 hard boiled eggs with 2 slices of bacon. For lunch I think I am going to have a salad and for dinner we are having steak tips and a veggie! Drink all of your water! Ihave had a bad headache but I believe it is due to the lack of sugar! No need to have it I just have to get over the hump.

          Who drinks coffee??? Decaf???? Cream???? Splenda????

            I was all ready to start monday, but I have some severe strep throat. Sounds like an excuse I know, but I can't hardly swallow a thing without pain. It still hurts today, so I will have to see if I can muster up the courage to do it today. Stay with it all.

              Oh girl, I most certainly do. I'm a coffee addict for certain! I've never had a problem with the caffeine slowing my ability to lose weight. I drink about two cups a day with Splenda & about a tablespoon of half & half.

                I use an artificial sweetner and a Sugar Free Flavored creamer. Delicious! 1 carb per cup.

                      No gum allowed in induction according to Dr Atkinds book.....sorrry its all about getting rid of those cravings that like to control us!

                      For dinner i am having having roast with green beans and olives with butter! Yum!
                      I needed it i had a hard day of work!

                      What are you guys eating for dinner????
