Sadly it is true! I have lost and regained the same 5 pounds for the last 3 months. I started at 303 and am now 255 pounds. I get motivated, get down to 249 and then I totally blow it. I do not just blow it I eat everything I am not suppossed to have in one sitting.
I have a goal it is 120 pounds which is a good weight for my height, but as soon as I start feeling good I think I can just put whatever I want in my mouth.
I was reading another post in here, and I too have lost sight of why I started this, and forgot that though I feel much better than I did at 303, I will not feel that well for long loading up the carbs. Not to mention that 255 is still morbidly obese for a 30 year old 5'2" female.
I have tried many times over the past three months to re-start and get back into ketosis, but I forget that I can not just go back to eating like I was. I have to treat myself like a first timer. I also have to start using adbb everyday as well as fitday. I would not have made it this far without this board.
I have a mission, I know I have a plan, now all I need is a little will power for a few days so I will be coming here everyday!
